What is the difference between open and enclosed transport?
Open transport uses multi-car carriers exposed to weather and road elements. Enclosed transport uses covered trailers for added protection, ideal for luxury, classic, or high-value vehicles. Enclosed costs more but provides superior protection.
Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?
Someone over 18 must be present to sign the Bill of Lading at both pickup and delivery. If you cannot be present, you can designate an authorized representative.
How do I prepare my car for shipping?
Remove personal belongings, ensure the gas tank is about one-quarter full, disable alarms, note existing damage with photos, and secure or remove loose exterior parts like antennas or spoilers.
Can I ship a non-running vehicle?
