1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zoomhaulers services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Zoomhaulers operates as a vehicle transport broker connecting customers ("Shippers") with licensed motor carriers for vehicle transportation services. We do not own or operate transport equipment.
3. Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at booking to confirm your order
- No balance is due at delivery — payment is 100% upfront
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars
- Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Refunds After Booking. All sales are final. Once you complete your booking and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to review all shipment details carefully before confirming your booking.
5. Vehicle Preparation
Shippers are responsible for:
- Ensuring the vehicle is in running condition (unless disclosed otherwise)
- Removing personal belongings from the vehicle
- Disabling any alarm systems
- Having no more than 1/4 tank of fuel
6. Insurance
All carriers in our network maintain cargo insurance as required by the FMCSA. Please review the carrier's insurance certificate before transport. Zoomhaulers is a broker and does not provide additional cargo insurance.
