Carrier Terms & Conditions

This document constitutes a binding Broker-Carrier Agreement between Zoomhaulers (Broker) and the Motor Carrier pursuant to 49 CFR §371.3. By accepting loads through our platform, Carrier agrees to all terms herein.

1. Carrier Eligibility Requirements

To work with Zoomhaulers as a carrier or dispatcher, you must meet and maintain the following requirements:

  • Valid USDOT Number
  • Active MC Authority
  • Good FMCSA Standing
  • Satisfactory Safety Rating
  • Cargo Insurance ($100,000 minimum)
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Auto Liability Insurance
  • Workers' Compensation (if applicable)

2. Broker-Carrier Agreement

Zoomhaulers operates as a licensed FMCSA-registered auto transport broker with a $75,000 BMC-84 surety bond. Carriers must comply with all applicable DOT regulations during transport.

3. Payment Terms

Carriers are paid via quick pay or standard net terms after successful delivery and submission of required documents, including a signed Bill of Lading and proof of delivery.

4. Carrier Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspection at pickup
  • Document pre-existing damage on the Bill of Lading
  • Transport vehicles safely and securely
  • Communicate delays or issues promptly
  • Deliver vehicles within the agreed timeframe
